I don't even know what I did, just ran around like a chicken with my head cut off helping people. I even became certified in "Building relationships" or whatever BBY wants its employees to do with customers, build debt or something I just guessed and passed it. >_>
So Mondays checklist goes as such:
Steal Managers keys so SOMEONE will actually respond to keycalls [x]
Take required certification during downtime [x]
Hit budget and comp before shift is over [x]
Make the world blow up or at least the customer service peoples heads explode [x]
Yay me!
